Integrative Systems Biology Approaches to Identify Potential Biomarkers and Pathways of Cervical Cancer

Nowadays, cervical cancer (CC) is treated as the leading among women throughout world. Despite effective vaccination and improved surgery treatment, CC retains its fatality rate of about half infected population globally. The major screening biomarkers therapeutic target identification have now become a global concern. In present study, we employed systems biology approaches to retrieve potential pathways from transcriptomic profiling. Initially, identified 76 each up-regulated down-regulated gene total 4643 differentially expressed genes. up-regulatory genes mainly concentrate on immune-inflammatory responses, down-regulatory are receptor binding gamma-glutamyltransferase. involved associated with these were also assessed through pathway enrichment, focused different pathways, immunoresponse, cell cycle pathways. After subsequent enrichment genes, 12 hub which play crucial role in verified by expression profile analysis. From our found that LILRB2 CYBB roles CC, reported here for first time. Furthermore, survivability was assessed, them, finally, CXCR4 has been one most might vital survival patients. Thus, could be used prognostic and/or diagnostic biomarker drug CC.
